MEET YOUR BOOKKEEPER & CFO

Hi, I'm Niki Blevins.

With over 20 years of experience in the bookkeeping industry, I help business owners streamline their finances, stay organized, and run more efficiently through virtual accounting services.

Over the past 2 decades, I've built a deep expertise supporting businesses across a wide range of industries. Over time, I realized that seeing accurate numbers on paper wasn't enough. Business owners needed to understand what those numbers meant, which is what led me to expand into Fractional CFO services, to help my clients see exactly where money is being wasted, and give them the insight to make smarter, more confident financial decisions.

We believe

No two businesses are alike. That's why we tailor our approach to each client's unique needs.

You didn't start your business to spend nights buried in spreadsheets, guessing whether you can afford to hire, or wondering why you're busier than ever but somehow, not more profitable.

That's where we come in.

Behind every spreadsheet is a person working hard to build something meaningful. We treat every client relationship with the care and attention it deserves, not just as a set of numbers to manage.

WHAT IS A FRACTIONAL CFO?

A Fractional CFO is an experienced financial strategist who works with your business part-time or on a project basis, providing the same high-level guidance a full-time CFO would — at a fraction of the cost. It's the right fit for businesses that have outgrown basic bookkeeping but aren't ready (or don't need) to hire a full-time executive.

Instead of just recording what already happened, a Fractional CFO helps you understand why it happened, and what to do next.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FRACTIONAL CFO & BOOKKEEPER?

BOOKKEEPING: The Foundation

Bookkeeping is the day-to-day work of recording transactions, reconciling accounts, categorizing expenses, and making sure your books actually reflect what's happening in your business.

It answers questions like:

  • What did we spend on payroll last month?

  • Are our accounts reconciled and accurate?

  • Did that invoice get paid?

This is the ground floor. Without clean, current, accurate books, everything built on top of them is shaky. You can't trust a forecast built on messy data, and you can't make a smart pricing decision if you don't actually know your true costs.

FRACTIONAL CFO: The View From Above

CFO strategy takes that same financial data and asks a different set of questions:

  • What do these numbers mean for where we're headed?

  • Where is cash getting tied up, and how do we free it?

  • Which of our services or products are actually profitable once we account for the real cost of delivering them?

  • What do we need to be true three, six, twelve months from now — and what has to happen this month to get there?

This is forward-looking, decision-driving work. It's the difference between knowing what happened and knowing what to do about it.

In short, a Bookkeeper tells you what already happened. A Fractional CFO helps you decide what to do next.

Why you need both, working together?

Bookkeeping provides the foundation. CFO strategy turns your numbers into action.

WHEN THEY WORK TOGETHER, YOU GET:

  • Financial Clarityl Know where your business stands today and where it’s headed tomorrow.

  • Smarter Decisions: Make pricing, hiring, and investment decisions based on accurate financial data.

  • Proactive Cash Flow Management: Identify cash flow challenges before they become problems.

  • Financial Guidance Partner: Your numbers become a tool for growth, not just records for tax time.
